In this critical role, you will report to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management. Your leadership will bridge engineering analytics with asset data governance, playing a key role in the integration of new customer loads and Distributed Energy Resources (DERs). You will manage a multidisciplinary team while ensuring the distribution system's operational integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. This role highlights strategic project prioritization and development of talent within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team




• Protect and manage GIS data integrity
• Lead Connection Impact Assessments and evaluations
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements
• Oversee engineering data for regulatory compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum five years of relevant leadership experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario
• Solid computer and collaboration skills
• English proficiency required, bilingual preferred
