Lead the OSEG Foundation's fundraising initiatives as a Senior Manager of Philanthropy. This permanent, full-time position focuses on strategic revenue development through innovative donor engagement.

In collaboration with the Executive Director, you will design and implement impactful fundraising strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining donor support. Your role will be central to expanding financial contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations, significantly affecting the community.

Key Responsibilities:
