As an Assistant Site Superintendent, you will report directly to the Site Superintendent, helping in coordinating day-to-day construction tasks across multiple sites. Candidates should possess three or more years of experience in the field, ensuring that safety measures are strictly followed and that quality standards remain high. Your leadership in overseeing trades and conducting site inspections will contribute to successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise assigned trade activities in office
• Ensure Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance




• Perform pre-inspections prior to Quality Control checks
• Manage materials and equipment orders as per project needs
• Support the Superintendent in site visits and inspections

Requirements:
• Experience of three or more years in residential construction
• Knowledge of construction equipment operation and maintenance
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
• Successful completion of a Criminal Records Check
