As a Proposal Specialist, you will utilize your three years of relevant business experience, including two in a large professional services firm. You will be responsible for spearheading the proposal and pitch processes, ensuring that responses articulate the Firm’s value. Collaboration with team members and clients is essential to deliver tailored proposals that meet client needs and differentiate the Firm in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead responses to RFIs, EOIs, and proposal requests
• Craft client-centered proposals influencing stakeholders
• Manage project timelines and team coordination efforts
• Document and track proposal statistics for reporting
• Improve proposal template efficiency with innovative solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications
• At least 3 years relevant business experience
• Excellent writing and communication capabilities
