In this role, you will be pivotal in providing municipal services to the public while nurturing strong relationships with Indigenous and rural communities. You will process payments, offer community resource information, and maintain important documentation, all while promoting cultural awareness and reconciliation in Conklin.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle municipal inquiries and transactions for the public
• Update and distribute information on municipal services
• Assist residents in completing necessary forms and applications




• Support municipal events and ensure safety standards
• Deliver efficient customer service in a variety of situations

Requirements:
• Completion of high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years’ experience in an office setting required
• Knowledge of Indigenous culture is beneficial
• Valid Class 5 Operator’s License mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
