In addition, you will assist the catering management with inventory supervision and operational logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Banquet Captains with day-to-day operations
• Organize regular team meetings and align expectations
• Oversee all active venues to meet service standards
• Facilitate communication among staff for smooth transitions
• Act as a Banquet Captain when needed during events

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Must possess a valid ProServe certification
• Skilled in coaching and team support
• Familiar with goal-setting processes
• High adaptability to changing event dynamics
