• Motivate the yard staff to achieve operational objectives
• Maintain safety compliance in all yard activities
• Oversee inventory accuracy and invoice processing

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in an agricultural or retail context
• Solid technical and computer skills
• Mechanical understanding for operational tasks
• Clean class 5 driver’s license
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
