Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Acquisitions, you will work closely with Partners and senior leadership, gaining insights into critical evaluation and deal structuring. Your background should include 2-4 years of rigorous analytical experience, ideally in investment banking or similar environments, fostering an ownership mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analyses for investment decisions
• Analyze legal and commercial due diligence risk factors




• Work with development teams for informed underwriting
• Oversee deal pipeline management and workflows
• Create persuasive legal and advocacy documents

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business
• Experience in investment banking or private equity
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for modeling tasks
