Komatsu Canada is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Specialist in Sparwood, BC to act as the primary liaison between mining customers and our field teams. You will manage parts and service orders, coordinate with planning and warehouse teams, and drive productive, safe operations on a 4x3 12-hour shift schedule.
Expect to travel up to 20% for on-site meetings and field support. A High School Diploma is required; Journeyperson Parts certification is a plus.
