In this role, reporting to the Senior Designer – FF&E; Team Lead, you will design project elements that resonate with client expectations and design intent. You will draw from current trends and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with codes. Solid communication skills will help you build relationships with team members and industry vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop smaller project elements with innovative design
• Conduct thorough QA/QC reviews of completed work
• Prepare comprehensive specifications and drawings




• Coordinate with vendors for pricing and samples
• Participate actively in design and studio discussions

Requirements:
• Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
• 1-3 years of interior design experience preferred
• Familiarity with hospitality or multi-unit residential projects
• Proficient in specification software and design tools
• Portfolio of work samples essential
