Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new team members
• Provide coaching and manage coordinator performance
• Analyze reports and implement strategies for improvement




• Create work schedules ensuring patient care coverage
• Monitor coordinators' adherence to established targets

Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of post-secondary education with supervisory experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Minimum experience in customer service
• Prior health care experience is a plus
