At Sun Peaks Resort, we seek a Full-Time Childminding Supervisor to lead our childcare center. You will coordinate with Sports School Supervisors and ensure compliance with BC regulations while fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for children aged 3-5. Experience with team leadership and strong communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit daily schedule for childcare participants
• Document Transfer of Custody Protocol for children
• Manage staff ratios during lesson transitions
• Supervise equipment fitting for on-snow lessons
• Communicate clearly with parents about schedules
Requirements:
• Valid ECE License to Practice in BC
• Three years in a childcare facility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
