You will maintain compliance with agreements through regular reviews while also developing wellness plans in collaboration with caregivers. Your role is essential in ensuring the cultural integrity of family services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate coordination with child welfare representatives
• Create and manage effective Customary Care Agreements
• Ensure compliance through quarterly reviews
• Process payments and maintain financial records
• Engage in home visits to assess family wellness
Requirements:
• Preferred Social Work degree or related qualification
• 2 years of experience in child welfare
• Familiarity with Wiikwemkoong services
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to speak Anishnaabemowin is an asset
