In this full time position, you will coordinate Year 1 of an important cultural and service project, focusing on community needs, engagement, and child well-being law initiatives. The Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Health and Wellness and is instrumental in aligning services with Anishinaabe values and community input.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage project staff coordination
• Develop a comprehensive Community Engagement Plan
• Conduct jurisdictional and gap analysis research
• Support foundational law and policy drafting
• Develop performance indicators and accurate reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in project management
• Experience with Indigenous governance and policy
• Strong understanding of community welfare challenges
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Must have a valid Driver's License and insurance
