Kal Tire is looking for a proactive Safety Advisor to mentor operations managers on compliance and risk management. This role is pivotal in shaping corporate safety objectives and ensuring that team members understand health and safety protocols. Your responsibilities include site visits for assessments and delivering tailored training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide managers in implementing health and safety systems
• Assess and report on safety compliance across locations
• Develop and present safety training sessions




• Support injury management and return-to-work processes
• Lead incident investigations for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a safety position
• Occupational health and safety degree or CRSP designation
• Knowledge of safety legislation and compliance
• Experience in Transportation or Mining sectors beneficial
