Join the Alzheimer Society of Dufferin County as a Community Behavioural Support Worker. In this Orangeville position, you'll provide essential support within clients' homes and community settings.

Working under the Executive Director's guidance and alongside various health professionals, you will develop behavioral interventions and strategies to uplift clients experiencing responsive behaviors. This role focuses on caregiver collaboration to ensure person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create individualized behavioral management plans
• Implement behavioral strategies for client caregivers
• Monitor and report clients' physical and emotional changes

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or degree with 3-4 years experience
• Certification in GPA, U-First, Montessori is a plus
• Valid G class driver's license with vehicle
