This site-based position reports to the Director and involves supporting HSE program implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will guide Regional Safety Coordinators in meeting HSE objectives and provide leadership in incident investigations. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure effective communication of safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and recommend updates to HSE policies
• Lead training and coaching for safety personnel
• Collaborate with regulators on HSE matters
• Ensure timely reporting of HSE metrics and updates
• Conduct audits for compliance and overall integrity

Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree required
• 3-5 years’ experience in health and safety
• National Construction Safety Officer Certificate preferred
• Knowledge of regional safety legislations
• Skilled in building collaborative relationships
