In this role, report directly to the Facility Manager and ensure optimal functionality through regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks. You will manage equipment inspections, perform corrective maintenance, and provide exceptional service in response to tenant needs, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC and plumbing
