This role focuses on the effective management of our safety program, aiding site teams in adhering to all safety protocols. You will conduct orientations, oversee safety practices, and enhance compliance standards through insightful recommendations, making a significant impact on site safety and worker well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee site safety programs and compliance auditing
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards
• Develop and monitor safe work practices
• Advise management on safety improvements
• Facilitate Preconstruction Safety Meetings

Requirements:
• NCSO, CRSP, or OHS Diploma required
• 3-5 years’ experience in site safety management
• Robust understanding of health and safety legislation
• Advanced First Aid and Auditor certifications are assets
• Knowledge of construction safety codes preferred
