In collaboration with the Director of Human Services, you will develop innovative programs that meet emerging community needs while fostering meaningful partnerships. Your role is crucial for enhancing the well-being of Lower Nicola Indian Band members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide prevention programming staff daily
• Ensure accessibility and cultural responsiveness of services
• Identify and address community needs through engagement
• Develop funding proposals and support financial management
• Evaluate existing programs and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related discipline preferred
• Five years of leadership experience in community settings
• Proficient in needs assessments and program evaluation
• Strong understanding of Indigenous values and culture
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License is essential
