Become a Direct Support Worker at Bethany Home, a 24/7 facility operated by The Salvation Army, dedicated to youth in need. This role provides critical emotional and psychological support in a stable residential setting to help vulnerable female youth.

As a part-time support worker, your role is pivotal in fostering a nurturing environment. Engage with residents daily, helping them through difficult times and ensuring their safety and well-being. Your skills in crisis management and case plan implementation will directly contribute to their reintegration process into the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions for residents
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards




• Communicate case plan updates with social services
• Document behavior and incidents accurately
• Assist in meal preparation and maintain kitchen cleanliness

Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in youth care or similar field
• Educational background in Humanities or Social Services
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
