Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patient needs and tailor care plans accordingly

• Uphold BCCNM standards for clinical practice

Requirements:
• Recognized Practical Nursing program completion
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse registration with BCCNM
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Physical fitness to manage nursing tasks
• Ability to utilize nursing equipment competently
