Become a key player in event success as an Audio Visual Technician with Encore. This position combines technical proficiency and customer service to ensure flawless audiovisual setups.

Reporting to the Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology, you will handle the complete lifecycle of event equipment, from setup to operation and breakdown. You will engage with guests to secure strong relationships and ensure their audiovisual needs are met seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth setup and breakdown of audiovisual systems
• Foster client relationships through transparent communication
• Check in on customers’ needs during events
• Troubleshoot equipment effectively to address challenges
• Maintain accurate systems entry and paperwork

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, Associate degree preferred
• Customer service experience in hospitality is a plus
• Prior experience in audiovisual operations preferred
• Valid driver’s license necessary for vehicle operation
• Capability to lift 50 lbs. safely
