Successful candidates will have a Level 3 certification and experience with water treatment processes. The emphasis will be on communication and collaboration across teams to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recommend productivity improvements in water quality
• Supervise workforce and maintain scheduling
• Document environmental safety concerns
• Train staff in safety and company policies
• Oversee equipment setup and operational safety

Requirements:
• Level 3 in Water & Wastewater Treatment disciplines
• Experience with Water Treatment Plants and equipment
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Computer skills in Word and Excel required
• Ability to fulfill on-call duties during emergencies
