As a vital member of the Creditor Claims department, your primary duties involve processing new claims and providing essential administrative support. You'll be responsible for managing claim records, liaising with policyholders, and ensuring compliance with department guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process auto-adjudicated claims timely and accurately
• Handle incoming Claims Centre email and administrative tasks
• Engage with policyholders for claim information verification




• Identify claims requiring expert reviews by senior examiners
• Gather necessary medical information for total and permanent claims

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma with 6-12 months of customer service experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and French
• Completion or pursuit of medical terminology courses is beneficial
• Familiarity with LOMA 280 & 290 or ACS 100 (nice to have)
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy
