The Clinical Pharmacist will work with Fraser Health’s collaborative health team until June 2027, providing individualized pharmacotherapy and patient consultations. In addition to developing drug therapy guidelines, you will mentor students and engage in medication evaluations. Your input will help ensure patient safety and medication efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
• Registered Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of BC
