Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to design training programs that drive business success

• Create multi-format learning resources including podcasts and eLearning
• Employ tools like Camtasia for impactful content
• Evaluate training outcomes and ensure effectiveness

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in adult education or instructional design
• Five years of experience in learning experience design
• Proficiency in learning management systems
• Strong advocacy for diversity and inclusion in learning
• Ability to facilitate innovation throughout the organization
