Become an essential part of Life’s Journey Inc. as an Outreach Support Mentor in Brandon, MB. This full-time permanent role involves providing direct support to participants in the Westman Services program while collaborating with a dedicated team.

In the role of Outreach Support Mentor, you will work alongside Clinical case managers and Coordinators to guarantee that all program activities meet participants’ needs. You will utilize your professionalism and mentoring skills to offer guidance, foster development, and ensure a supportive workplace. The role entails adhering to strict workplace health policies and performing basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support program participants through direct engagement




• Collaborate with the Drop-in Coordinator and team
• Assist in planning and activity monitoring
• Follow operational and health and safety policies
• Maintain effective communication with collaterals

Requirements:
• Prior outreach experience essential
• Two years’ related experience preferred
• First Aid Level 1 certification required
• Background checks necessary for role
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
