Join UHN as a Project Analyst to drive operational excellence within the Interventional Radiology department at Toronto General Hospital. Enhance service efficiency and patient outcomes with your expertise.

This part time temporary position reports directly to the Manager, Office of Strategy Management. The role is pivotal in supporting healthcare improvement initiatives through data analysis and project management skills. Collaborate with medical staff and leverage insights to implement effective operational enhancements within the IR services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate process gaps into operational solutions
• Measure project outcomes with data analysis
• Create performance dashboards for effective insights




• Develop process maps and standard work documents
• Engage stakeholders to ensure project alignment

Requirements:
• Degree in Medical Science or related field
• 2 years of relevant project implementation experience
• Excellent analytical and coordination abilities
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Hospital environment experience is strongly preferred
