In this permanent full time role, you will support the daily operations of Lookout's programs under the guidance of the Program Manager. This hands-on position entails managing personnel, overseeing budgets, and collaborating with community partners. Your work will contribute significantly to helping individuals secure stable housing and essential services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned residential and outreach programs effectively
• Coordinate program documentation and ensure policy compliance




• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for service coordination
• Maintain accurate payroll and financial records for the team
• Investigate operational complaints and recommend solutions

Requirements:
• Education in Social Services or equivalent experience
• At least two years in social services
• Familiarity with human resources and budgeting
• Required First Aid Certification
• Successful Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sectors Clearance
