In this role, reporting to the Director of Business Development, you’ll focus on creating strategic and engaging responses. With your background in writing and editing, you’ll assist in RFPs and RFIs while collaborating with stakeholders to curate impactful content. Proactive project management is vital for adhering to submission deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Compose and edit responses to client questionnaires
• Ensure project timelines are met for submissions
• Collaborate with internal resources for proposal content
• Support senior members in RFI and RFP preparation
• Utilize Loopio for managing proposal workflows

Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in communications
• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities
• Strong oral communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
