You will work alongside the Centre for Teaching Excellence to deliver training, evaluate current technologies, and solve technical challenges related to educational tools. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and administer the LMS, Cascade at UNF
• Provide user support and troubleshooting for technologies
• Develop and conduct training sessions for faculty and staff




• Research new educational tools to evaluate their effectiveness
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders for project initiatives

Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in educational content management
• Strong background in educational technology applications
• Experience with D2L Brightspace advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
