Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and guide patients through the testing process
• Conduct phlebotomies and prepare special test collections
• Enter patient information and manage requisition data




• Maintain solid relationships with clients through responsiveness
• Prepare specimens for further testing and transportation

Requirements:
• Approval of a Laboratory Assistant program is preferred
• Experience in phlebotomy and ECG training
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in computer skills with 40 wpm typing
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
