Take the lead as Assistant Director of Care, ensuring compliance and high standards in care delivery. This position requires solid clinical insight, staff management, and effective care planning.

As an essential member of our health care team, you will oversee care in our licensed area, developing comprehensive care plans that meet residents' evolving needs. You will supervise all Health Care Aides, engage in staff training, and proactively handle staffing schedules. With your commitment to quality, you will engage in resident care conferences and maintain essential collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor resident care plans diligently
• Attend meetings with residents' families for care discussions




• Lead and supervise Health Care Aides effectively
• Contribute to the leadership team for strategic planning
• Facilitate communication with community agencies for referrals

Requirements:
• 3+ years in geriatric care experience
• Nursing program completion with certification
• Clinical knowledge with training skills
• Ability to implement quality improvement processes
• Availability for on-call management duties
