Join aerospace innovation as an Aerospace Assembly Process Specialist. Your role will focus on developing assembly instructions and enhancing manufacturing quality at P&WC.;

In this position, you'll plan, write, and develop assembly and testing instructions based on an interpretation of complex technical drawings. You will work closely with engineering to incorporate design changes and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop assembly & test instructions
• Interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
• Define tooling and test equipment for assembly
• Analyze drawings for cost-effective manufacturing
• Support production readiness and assembly improvements

Requirements:
• Solid understanding of GD&T; and aerospace documentation
• Experience with planning processes in aerospace manufacturing
• Knowledge of P&WC; quality standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
• Focus on continuous improvement using Quality tools
