This full time role involves managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects from contract to completion. You will be responsible for scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process. The position requires someone who can communicate effectively, handle multiple projects, and maintain oversight of all project aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from signed contract through payment
• Review estimations, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, permits,
and jobsite access
• Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure compliance
• Maintain professional communication throughout the process
Requirements:
• Experience in construction or project management
• Strong knowledge of job costing and scheduling
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Valid driver's license and background check
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
