Canada Building Materials is seeking a dedicated Heavy Equipment Operator for a full-time, permanent role. You will be responsible for operating loaders and performing routine maintenance while adhering to safety protocols. This position requires your commitment to ongoing training and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pre-use safety inspections and hazard reports
• Operate various heavy machinery effectively and safely
• Complete maintenance tasks on plant equipment as required
• Exhibit a positive team-oriented attitude
• Execute additional duties as needed in the workplace

Requirements:
• Motivated to learn and adapt in a practical workplace
• Capacity to work 11-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Possession of a valid Ontario driver's license
• At least 18 years of age is necessary
• OSSGD or equivalent certification preferred
