Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments with care teams
• Supervise personal support workers for resident care
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Discuss care plans with residents and their families
• Maintain accurate records of resident care

Requirements:
• CNO registration in good standing
• Recent VSS check completed
• CPR and First Aid certifications
