Join Amico as a 310T licensed Shop Foreman in Cambridge, leading repair operations for our construction fleet. Your leadership will enhance team productivity and safety.

In this role, you will coordinate maintenance efforts and mentor technicians to ensure quality workmanship in our Cambridge shop. You will communicate actively with team members to manage schedules and uphold safety protocols, thereby boosting the operational efficiency of our fleet projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient and safe work practices
• Guide and train apprentices and technicians
• Communicate daily with management on operations
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical equipment issues
• Update service work orders consistently and accurately

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in equipment maintenance
• Mandatory 310T license; 421A license ideal
• Proven shop leadership experience
• Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and technology
