Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll handle cleaning services across commercial and residential sites. Essential tasks include managing inventory, conducting inspections, and building rapport with clients. Your role is key in delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer confidence in ServiceMaster standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain client satisfaction by completing jobs accurately
• Manage job assignments and material logistics
• Conduct inspections to uphold quality standards
• Handle customer payments and documentation
• Respond quickly to any re-service requests

Requirements:
• High School Diploma is a must
• At least two years in the cleaning/restoration industry
• Supervisory experience of two years preferred
• Must possess a valid Class G Ontario Drivers license
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
