As a Registered Nurse with Interior Health, you will provide critical support for clients with mental health challenges and substance use issues. This position requires a flexible, motivated skilled familiar with evidence-based practices for opioid dependence. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive timely assessments and treatments across available services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat clients with mental health and substance use issues
• Serve as a primary clinician using various treatment modalities




• Coordinate initial intake and assessment for the Opiate Agonist program
• Implement overdose prevention education for clients
• Ensure continuity of care within the health system

Requirements:
• RN or RPN designation with experience in mental health
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice for opioid treatment
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to challenging situations
• Ability to work shifts, Monday to Friday
