Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a diverse workforce at multiple locations
• Handle grievances and manage labour relations processes
• Organize concrete loads and ensure timely deliveries
• Implement quality systems and compliance protocols
• Complete required reporting and paperwork accurately
Requirements:
• At least two years of post-secondary education
• Previous experience in ready-mix or similar fields
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications
• Must hold a valid G Class license and clean driving record
• Available for extensive travel as needed
