Your role will involve crafting delicious beverages, following OTG service steps, and attending to guests' needs proactively. Team communication is vital, particularly in managing the fast-paced dining floor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Craft cocktails and drinks as per OTG recipes
• Keep the bar area clean and compliant with sanitation standards
• Ensure smooth communication with chefs for timely food delivery
• Take guest orders and process payments efficiently
• Support team efforts in a busy setting

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of bartending experience preferred
• Must achieve TIPS and ServeSafe certifications
• Ability to manage high volume service
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Versatile schedule, including nights and weekends
