Wesley is hiring a Property Services Coordinator to maintain and manage properties supporting our community programs in Halton. This role requires hands-on maintenance expertise and robust communication skills to ensure properties remain operational.
As a pivotal member of our non-profit team, you will be responsible for the execution of daily maintenance tasks, coordinating projects, and training maintenance staff. Your experience will help in overseeing essential repairs, compliance with organizational policies, and addressing day-to-day issues effectively. Engage with a team committed to inclusivity and support for disadvantaged communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations for Halton properties
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repair projects
• Maintain accurate records and reports for maintenance
• Coordinate with colleagues and external providers
• Train staff in maintenance and property services
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED essential
• At least 5 years of building maintenance experience
• Able to work various shifts and handle physical tasks
• Valid driver's license necessary
• Willingness to serve on-call for emergencies
