As a pivotal member under the Parts Manager, your focus will be on accurate inventory tracking and assisting technicians with parts. This role emphasizes attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to achieve high customer service standards while resolving discrepancies and verifying parts invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage parts inventory with high accuracy and attention
• Assist service technicians in obtaining necessary parts
• Resolve discrepancies between systems and physical counts
• Validate invoices for processing




• Uphold excellent customer service throughout interactions

Requirements:
• Preferred experience with ADP or CDK software
• Familiarity with tire selling and aftermarket parts
• Solid organizational and time management capabilities
• Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
