As a part of the Child Care Program, you will work to develop personalized care plans that encompass the child’s needs. Close interaction with parents and educators is key, ensuring that the child feels safe and valued in their learning setting. Your role will reflect and promote shíshálh values and teachings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create safe and inspiring learning conditions
• Help the child communicate effectively with peers
• Implement classroom modifications for better participation
• Conduct quarterly development checks
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• ECEA diploma is mandatory
• Training in Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
• Strong collaboration skills in early intervention
• Valid Level 1 First Aid certificate required
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
