By providing personalized, unbiased advice, you will contribute to customers' satisfaction. You will be required to work 32-40 hours per week and participate in ongoing training for personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate conversations with shoppers in the mall
• Use CRM tools to create and manage contacts
• Represent WOW! brands and generate awareness
• Participate in coaching to improve sales strategies
• Manage daily kiosk operations including inventory
Requirements:
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Wireless retail experience is an asset
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Committed to a high standard of integrity
