Join the Vancouver Airport Authority as a Shift Engineer responsible for maintaining boilers and chillers in a bustling airport setting. This permanent, full time position is vital for operational efficiency and safety.

As a key member of the Facilities Maintenance team, you will ensure all equipment meets safety regulations and performs efficiently. The ideal candidate will hold a Fourth Class Power Engineering Certificate and have practical experience operating similar-sized facilities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring systems, responding to maintenance requests, and coordinating with various skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure continuous supervision of chillers and boilers
• Perform safety inspections routinely




• Manage monitoring systems for effective performance
• Address operational issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with skilled technicians

Requirements:
• Completion of high school and relevant technical education
• Fourth Class Power Engineering Certificate
• Minimum two years’ experience
• In-depth knowledge of inspection requirements
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
