Become an integral part of RIMOWA as an Operational Retail Support Associate. Streamline store productivity through effective shipment monitoring and operational tasks to enhance overall performance.

In this role, you will assist the store team with a range of operational duties that ensure the smooth flow of merchandise and optimal stock management. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, your attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills will be critical in executing year-end counts and managing stock areas efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure operational tasks are performed accurately
• Monitor and follow up on shipment discrepancies
• Prepare for year-end inventory counts
• Maintain cleanliness in stock areas
• Complete deliveries and assist on the selling floor

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented with strong communication
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including holidays
• Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
• Capable of lifting up to 25lbs repeatedly
