Drive safety excellence at Carlson Construction Group as a Safety Advisor. This role focuses on compliance and safety culture enhancement at a busy North Vancouver project site on a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation.

Join Carlson Construction Group as a Construction Safety Officer to safeguard workers' well-being and strengthen safety initiatives at local project sites. You will monitor compliance, conduct safety training, and lead assessments to ensure a secure working environment. Your efforts will support the execution of complex construction projects while prioritizing the health and safety of all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor compliance and manage safety records diligently
• Conduct hazard assessments and incident investigations




• Lead safety training and toolbox talks effectively
• Review safety documentation and provide feedback
• Promote and maintain protected working conditions consistently

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of safety experience in construction
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Preferred safety designations such as CRSP or RCSO
• Flexibility for travel and shift work
